Scope and conditions: All goods and services flown under the following conditions. With this order shall be accepted. All sale prices are in Euro and include VAT tax. Prices subject to change, I reserve the right to me and do not require prior notification.

Delivery after oral or written purchase order and confirmation of our expense and risk of the client. The minimum age is 18 years for ordering. I pledge to ship the product so that it is protected against external damage as much as possible. Partial deliveries are permitted and do not require prior notification. Deliveries at home, I send free of postage.

Shipping: I only send with private carriers and courier services (UPS, TNT, FEDEX).

Shipping: Domestic EUR 5.00 for packages up to 70 cm (max page length) 12.00 EUR for longer packets. From an order value of EUR 250.00 receive FREE protofrei.

Guarantee: I grant referred to by the manufacturer warranty. On its own products 12 months for losses arising from material or workmanship. The warranty does not apply to shoot or parts thereof, in which I have carried out repairs and tuning (eg Solitip-tuning). I would also point out that if the manufacturer of manipulations (eg, division, Solitip tuning etc) may lapse of rods. Please inquire if necessary, before awarding contracts.

Damage limitation, we do not assume any liability for damages caused by defective parts are created even if they arise during the warranty period. This is particularly true for loss of fishing such as happiness during a fishing trip.

I mention all the work to the best knowledge and belief, by prior arrangement with the customer. Nevertheless, a residual risk remains that a processing (repair, tuning, etc.) then precipitates as planned or will go wrong. If this is not due to negligence or failure rests with me, no damages can be claimed.

Payment: I generally deliver against prepayment. Repair and manufacturing jobs are only started after receipt of full payment.

Rescission of contract: If manufacturing orders before or after payment to be canceled by the customer, creates a handling fee equal to 50% of the contract. Ggf. particularly ordered  material from my suppliers can not be returned, must be accepted by the buyer.

In the event that an order (for example, after inspecting the material sent to me) can not be executed, the parts will be returned at the expense of the customer.

Retention of title: Until full payment the goods remain my property.

Returns or programs that are notified to us in general, and shipping to send it to us even when we are dealing with warranty claims. In legitimate cases, we guarantee refund the shipping costs back. Shipments without freight prepaid will not be generally accepted by us.

Data storage: To provide our customers with the latest mouth prospects offered to it is necessary to electronically store their data.

Jurisdiction: Court of jurisdiction for both parties is Hersbruck.
